How did Flow AI build this list?

This list includes a provider only when it meets three published criteria, checked against its own website in October 2026. Each entry describes what the provider says it does, with a link to the page. The guide groups providers by type without ranking them, and refreshes the list every quarter.

  1. A public website that describes the service.
  2. AI marketing services offered to Australian businesses, stated on that site.
  3. Public evidence of delivery: named clients, case studies, testimonials or reviews.

Prices appear only where a provider publishes them, with the date read. Claims quoted are the providers' own; Flow AI has not independently verified them. Flow AI left out names from other lists when their own pages could not be read or showed no AI marketing service or delivery evidence.

An AI marketing provider is any business that sells marketing work in which AI systems do a meaningful share of the research, production, follow-up or reporting, whether it calls itself an agency, a consultancy, a software company or a sole practitioner.

Flow AI publishes this page and sits in its own category, and it describes itself with the same restraint as everyone else.

Which providers offer AI marketing services in Australia?

In October 2026, eleven providers met the criteria, plus Flow AI as the publisher. They are based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Launceston, plus one consultant working remotely from overseas. Each type sells something different, so read the type before the name. The table summarises what each lists on its own site.

Demand is broad: the National AI Centre's SME AI Pulse found AI adoption among Australian SMEs rebounded to 44% in February 2026, with content generation used by 54% of adopters1 (400+ SME decision-makers a month, December 2025 to February 2026).

AI-native marketing agencies in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane

AI-native agencies put AI at the centre of the offer and sell it as the main service. In this edition that means Flowterra Labs in Sydney, AiMRed in Melbourne and Due North in Brisbane. Their offers range from AI search visibility to custom AI sales agents, so compare the service list before the label.

Flowterra Labs (Sydney)

Flowterra Labs' home page says it is based in Sydney and works with clients across Australia and the United States2, mostly service businesses of up to 50 people. It lists AI SEO, AI-ready websites, automation and a 14-day AI visibility sprint, with 90 days of stabilisation after go-live. Its one case study is an unnamed surgical practice in Los Angeles. No prices are published.

AiMRed (Melbourne)

AiMRed's site describes a Melbourne agency pairing AI-driven strategy with standard channels3: SEO, Google, Meta and TikTok ads, CRM and email, and Xiaohongshu (RED) management, useful for brands that sell to Xiaohongshu users. Six case studies name clients such as WAW Outdoor and MeHomes Property. No prices are published.

Due North (Brisbane)

Due North's site lists offices in Herston, Brisbane, and Hawthorn, Melbourne, and leads with custom AI agents4 for web chat, email sales, voice and video avatars, backed by Google Ads, SEO and AEO. It rolls out in stages from the fastest win and caps its client list at 40. Case studies name Conquest Equipment and GRP Australia. No prices are published.

Established agencies that have added AI

Established agencies that have added AI keep their existing services and add AI search or AI consulting to the menu. They suit businesses that want one agency across channels and value a long track record. Yoghurt Digital in Sydney and Melbourne-based Marketing Eye both show named clients from years of work before AI.

Yoghurt Digital (Sydney)

Yoghurt Digital's site places it in Surry Hills, Sydney, working since 2014, and lists GEO, AEO, AI SEO and LLM services5 inside its SEO practice, alongside paid media and conversion optimisation. Case studies name H&R Block, P&O Cruises and Converse. Ask how its AI search work is measured, since the site gives little detail. No prices are published.

Marketing Eye (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane)

Marketing Eye's AI marketing consulting page offers Basic, Advanced and Premium packages6 covering AI strategy, content automation and CRM work. Its home page claims more than 19 years of outsourced marketing, with fractional CMOs on the team7, and names portfolio clients such as Qube and Yoga Australia. It lists Robotic Marketer, covered below, among its services. No prices appear on the AI page.

AI search specialists (AEO and GEO)

AI search specialists work on whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI answers mention your business. The work goes by answer engine optimisation (AEO) or generative engine optimisation (GEO). Prosperity Media, Optimising and Webmasters Group all sell it, with different depth and evidence on show, so ask each which customer questions it will test before and after.

Prosperity Media (Sydney and Melbourne)

Prosperity Media's GEO page lists a citation audit built on prompt testing across AI platforms, digital PR placements, schema and monthly citation reporting8. It has offices in Surry Hills and South Yarra, works exclusively in SEO and GEO, and names NRMA, Airtasker and iSelect as digital PR clients. No prices are published.

Optimising (Melbourne)

Optimising's AI search page describes a Melbourne SEO agency established in 2008 that has worked on AI search since 20249. It sells AI visibility audits, GEO campaigns and monthly AI visibility reporting, run alongside SEO. Its named example is an AI readiness audit for Tourism Western Australia. No prices are published.

Webmasters Group (Melbourne)

Webmasters Group's home page places it in Derrimut, in Melbourne's west, and claims 12 years of experience10, with named testimonials such as Kite Financial Services. Its AI search optimisation page11 links to AEO, GEO and ChatGPT Ads services. No prices are published.

AI automation, consulting and build-and-handover practices

This group installs AI systems or AI strategy, and the day-to-day channel work may stay with your team. Bolder Digital builds lead and customer-contact tools, Robotic Marketer sells an AI strategy platform with a managed tier, and Lilach Bullock builds automations remotely and hands them over. What you own at the end differs from firm to firm, so settle it in the first conversation.

AI automation and consulting firms

Bolder Digital (Launceston). Bolder Digital's home page gives a Launceston, Tasmania address and lists AI tools for busy owners12: a CRM that handles conversations and bookings, chat bots, an AI receptionist and a Google Business Profile optimiser, plus GoHighLevel admins and virtual assistants. Named testimonials appear on the page. No prices are published.

Robotic Marketer. Robotic Marketer's pricing page, read in October 2026, listed an AI Marketing Strategy at $4,950, its software at $99 a month and a done-for-you service at $1,200 a month13, without naming the currency; its FAQ quoted lower figures, so confirm in writing. B&T reported in June 2024 that Mellissah Smith founded Robotic Marketer14, and Marketing Eye names her as its founder15.

Fractional and build-and-handover practices

Lilach Bullock (remote). Lilach Bullock's Australia page says she works with Australian clients remotely, mostly asynchronously through recorded walkthroughs16, automating lead follow-up, client emails and reporting over about twelve weeks and handing over documented, tested workflows. She is a British consultant working from overseas. Her home page also lists fractional CMO work and names past clients including IBM and Dropbox17. No prices are published.

What are directories and "best AI agency" lists worth?

Directories and ranked lists are good for finding names, and their order can reflect payment or the publisher's own interest. Each major directory explains its placement rules on its own pages, and several of the most shared Australian "best AI agency" lists are written by companies that place themselves near the top.

Team 400, a Brisbane AI engineering consultancy, ranks itself first of five in its April 2026 list of top AI agencies in Australia24, on a page that does not mention marketing. Wireflow, an AI video software company, places itself second of six in its July 2026 list25, calling itself "the deliberate odd one out because it is not an agency". Use them for a long list, then check every name on its own pages.

Which Australian rules must an AI marketing provider follow?

Any provider sending marketing emails or texts for an Australian business must follow the Spam Act 2003, which requires consent, sender identification and a working unsubscribe. If your business is covered by the Privacy Act, the Australian Privacy Principles also govern the customer data the provider's AI tools touch. Responsibility stays with your business, even when a provider presses send.

ACMA's spam guidance says you need consent from each recipient even when someone else sends your messages, and that unsubscribe requests must be honoured within 5 working days26. Messages must identify the business that authorised them. You stay responsible for consent on any list you buy, and address-harvesting software is banned, which matters for AI outbound tools that scrape contacts.

The OAIC lists 13 Australian Privacy Principles27. It says most small businesses with turnover of AUD 3 million or less are outside the Privacy Act, though health service providers and businesses trading in personal information are covered regardless28. Its October 2024 AI guidance recommends, as best practice, keeping personal information, particularly sensitive information, out of publicly available generative AI tools29. Ask every provider which AI tools will see your customer data and where they store it. The guide to AI marketing and privacy law in NZ and Australia goes further.

How do you choose an AI marketing provider in Australia?

Start from the job you need done, then pick the type, then compare two or three names inside it. A business that wants ChatGPT to mention it should talk to an AI search specialist, while one that wants enquiries answered after hours is better served by an automation firm. Then ask each shortlisted provider for a written scope and price.

Prices are rarely public. Digital Nomads HQ's June 2026 audit of 411 service lines across 140 Australian agencies found 78% publish no pricing, with a median SEO entry price of AUD 1,470 a month30. In this list only Robotic Marketer publishes prices. The AI marketing cost guide for Australia and New Zealand sets out sourced ranges for tools, freelancers, agencies and hires.

In the first meeting, ask to see a system running on a real business, with the human review step, and ask which accounts, agents and data stay in your name if you leave. For large paid media budgets and brand campaigns, a full-service agency remains the right call. The twelve questions for choosing an AI marketing provider turn this into a scoring sheet, and the New Zealand edition of this list uses the same criteria.

Where Flow AI fits

Flow AI publishes this page and sits in its own category, as an Auckland build-and-handover practice working with Australian businesses remotely. Flow AI provides AI marketing services for businesses in New Zealand and Australia. Amber Lan, an AI marketing engineer in Auckland, builds the AI agents that run search, content, outbound and reporting with your team, then hands them over.

Each build starts with a written scope and a per-project price, and ends with a documented handover, so your team owns and keeps running what you build together. You can explore the systems in the skill library, the free agent templates and the six-month marketing function case study. Australian teams can find more on the AI marketing services page for Australian businesses, and companies hiring are welcome to reach Amber about marketing engineer roles.

The short version

Australian AI marketing services come from AI-native agencies, established agencies adding AI, AI search specialists, automation firms and remote build-and-handover practices. Eleven providers in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Launceston and overseas met this page's criteria in October 2026, and only one published prices on its own site.

Pick the type that matches the job and check each name on its own pages. Before you sign, get the scope and price in writing. A provider's own evidence tells you more than its position on a list. The next refresh is due in January 2027, and you can explore the full set of AI marketing services Flow AI builds on the hub page.

Questions owners ask

Who offers AI marketing services in Australia?

In October 2026, providers meeting this guide's criteria included the AI-native agencies Flowterra Labs (Sydney), AiMRed (Melbourne) and Due North (Brisbane); the established agencies Yoghurt Digital and Marketing Eye; the AI search specialists Prosperity Media, Optimising and Webmasters Group; the automation firms Bolder Digital and Robotic Marketer; and remote build-and-handover practices including Lilach Bullock and Flow AI, which publishes the list.

What is the best AI marketing service for a small business in Australia?

The best fit depends on the job you need done. To be mentioned in ChatGPT and Google's AI answers, start with an AI search specialist. To capture enquiries after hours, or to own systems your team keeps running, explore an automation firm or a build-and-handover practice. Whichever type you choose, ask to see a system running and get the scope and price in writing.

How much do AI marketing services cost in Australia?

Few providers publish prices. In this list only Robotic Marketer did, showing $99 a month for its software and $1,200 a month for a done-for-you service in October 2026, without naming the currency. Across the wider market, Digital Nomads HQ's June 2026 audit found 78% of 140 Australian agencies publish no pricing, with a median SEO entry price of AUD 1,470 a month.

Are "best AI agency in Australia" lists independent?

Many widely shared lists are published by companies that rank themselves, such as Team 400 placing itself first of five in April 2026. Directories such as Clutch and DesignRush state that paid sponsorship affects where agencies appear in their listings, while saying it does not change reviews or ratings. Use lists to find names, then check each provider's own pages and evidence.

Can an overseas provider run AI marketing for an Australian business?

Yes, and several do, working remotely from New Zealand and further afield. Australian rules still apply to the messages and the data. The Spam Act 2003 requires consent, sender identification and an unsubscribe honoured within five working days, and covered businesses must meet the Australian Privacy Principles. Your business stays responsible for consent even when a provider sends on its behalf.

How was this list compiled and how often is it updated?

Flow AI included providers that had a public website, offered AI marketing services to Australian businesses and showed public evidence of delivery such as named clients, case studies or reviews. Each entry draws on the provider's own pages, read in October 2026, with prices only where published. Flow AI, the publisher, sits in its own category. The list refreshes quarterly, next in January 2027.
