Who we are
Flow AI is run by Amber Lan, an AI marketing engineer based in Auckland, New Zealand. Amber is responsible for the information collected on flowai.co.nz. For anything about your information, email amber.lan.growth.digital@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
We collect only what helps us reply to you, do the work you ask for, and run the site. The table above lists each source.
We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or sensitive information on this site. Please leave it out of messages, too.
Cookies and measurement
The site loads Google Tag Manager, which can run Google measurement tags such as Google Analytics. These can set cookies to count visits and see which pages are used. We also record simple on-page actions, such as which sprint tab is opened or a toolkit being downloaded.
We never pass what you type into a form to measurement tools. To opt out, you can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on.
The free tools
The decision map, pricing model and AI-readiness benchmark run in your browser. What you enter is saved in your browser's local storage so you can come back to it. It is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Information sent overseas
These services are based outside New Zealand, mainly in the United States. That means your information may be stored or processed there. We choose established providers with published security and privacy practices, as the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 expects.
How long we keep it
We keep form entries and emails for as long as we need them to help you and keep a record of the work. If you ask, we delete them, unless we must keep a record for tax or legal reasons.
Keeping it secure
The site is served over HTTPS. The inbox is protected with two-step sign-in, and access is limited to Amber. If a privacy breach ever risked serious harm to you, we would tell you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email amber.lan.growth.digital@gmail.com and we will reply within 20 working days, usually much sooner.
If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. Visitors from Australia, the UK or the EU can make the same requests, and we will honour them.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We will update this page when what we collect or how we use it changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
